of Africa.<br /><br />“After completion of this training, it is expected that the AU countries will start treating and controlling health statistics skillfully and will be able to provide accurate District, Manyara Region, have shut down the Village government Office in protest over not receiving Their post code.<br /><br />The citizens, who are from Datoga tribes, are protesting the failure of local government to address their resident’ post code for a long time.<br /><br /><br /><br />Erasto Belela, the former vilima vitatu village chairman, confirmed that 17 households had been relocated to the Mfulwang'ombe area and that the area needed to be taken out of the reserve area.<br /><br />The village had previously requested that the WMA slightly reduce the reserve area so that the residents could receive post code.<br /><br />"Now those who opposed the plan are today inciting the people to protest and close the office for their political interests because they are outside the leadership" he said.<br /><br />Speaking outside the village office that they had closed and prohibited work, Udangwenga Bayayi stated that they had shuttered the office owing to the village government's failure to handle their situation.<br /><br />She said that earlier they marched to the village office to ask for a solution to their land dispute and then the head of the district, Lazaro Twange, arrived.<br /><br />"When the district commissioner arrived, he asked us to give him 14 days and he would give us answers, but they are over."<br /><br />"He has not appeared today, so we have decided to close the office," She explained.<br /><br />He claimed that after being relocated from the Malamboi neighborhood to Mfulwang'ombe, their whereabouts are still unknown because they haven't been assigned a permanent address.<br /><br /><br />Khadija Loti has said that the leaders of the Village Government have failed to help them because they have been collaborating with the Burunge WMA leaders to deny their rights.<br /><br />"We are not leaving the office until we know our fate regarding this land crisis," he told reporters.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Manuu Mandanga and Helena Robert, who were relocated from Malamboi to Mfulwang'ombe, have expressed surprise at the beginning of the reserve's marking of their boundaries.<br /><br /><br />"We want the Regional regulations, no company is allowed to import goods or services from abroad without obtaining permission from the Mining Commission, the goal being to ensure every Tanzanian benefits from the sector.<br /><br />He added that in the management of the principles of the participation of Tanzanians in the mining sector, the Mining Commission through the committee for the participation of Tanzanians has continued with its primary responsibility of analyzing the plans submitted by all companies engaged in mining and exploration of minerals, and service providers in the mining sector as required by the Mining Law of 2010 as amended in 2017 and the Regulations for the Participation of Tanzanians in 2018 as well as its amendments.<br /><br />He detailed, during the first quarter of the fiscal year 2023/2024, Eng Samamba informed that in the period from July to September, 2023, the Commission received a total of 234 plans for the participation of Tanzanians in the mining sector, companies that own mining licenses, organizing various forums and workshops regarding the implementation of the policy for the participation of Tanzanians in the sector as well as staging numerous exhibitions related to mining technology,” he emphasized.<br /><br />According to relevant reports, employment for Tanzanians in large mines has increased from 6,668 in 2018 to 15,341 in 2022 with Tanzanians getting various training to build the capacity to work professionally in the sector, the works that were previously handled by foreigners.<br /><br /><br /><a companies were made using Tanzanian companies, compared to the 238.71 million US dollars (equal to 46 percent) of all purchases made in 2018.<br /><br />And, the general contributions of the mining sector to the county’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) have increased to 9.1 percent from 7.2 between 2021 and 2022 as the sector registered an impressive growth, from 9.6 percent to at least 10.9 Communities connect people with person-centred public health services, build trust, innovate, monitor implementation of policies and services, and hold health providers accountable.<br /><br />Today, many of the communities are being held back in their leadership due to funding shortages, policy and regulatory hurdles, capacity constraints, and crackdowns on the human rights of marginalized communities, among others.
