Sri Mulyani Indrawati present 13-year-old Chanda Atulinda Lwansa, for
emerging winner of the world Bank Children's Art Contest. Chanda, a form
one student at Feza girl's Secondary shool, beat 150 other entries to
emerge winner and grab the One Million Tanzania shillings award. Her
work, which is on the cover of the report, depicts men and women engaged
in different occupations as surgeons, pilots, chemists, business
people, gardeners and teachers.

children living in below par conditions but with dreams of attaining a
