THE customers with the DCB Bank must have all reasons to smile as the bank’s key financial services will now be accessible through Tigo branches network.
Earlier Thursday, the two reputable companies, DCB and Tigo, penned a special working agreement, the vital partnership which will from now see the customers of the bank make their banking transactions through Tigopesa services.
Speaking during a brief launch of the vital service on behalf of the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Legal Director, Regina Mduma, all Tigopesa agents will now be responsible for the provision of the DCB banking services to the customers nationwide.
“Our vision is to ensure our esteemed customers are accessing services easiest especially in places where there’s no DCB branches,” she briefed.
For his part, Tigopesa Chief Officer Angelica Pesha expressed that the sealed partnership aims to bring financial services to the places where there are no formal banking services.
“Tigopesa serves more than 16 million people, and thus, this partnership will make available 10,000 selected agents who will provide DCB bank financial services through this new service we launched today (yesterday),” Angelica expressed.
And the CEO added that the two companies will continue to foster corporations with an eye to ensure that they make things easier for their esteemed customers wherever they are and there are still other cooperation services coming in the near future.
